Demi Lovato is married!
The pop star tied the knot to Jordan “Jutes” Lutes in California on Sunday wearing a stunning Vivienne Westwood gown that has a surprising connection to two other A-listers!
For the special occasion, the Disney Channel alum looked drop-dead gorgeous in an off-the-shoulder gown that was inspired by ancient Greek statues and women of the 18th century with a nod to Old Hollywood. Demi told Vogue:
“When I was thinking about [what dress style I wanted] I often found myself coming back to Vivienne’s designs — specifically how the silhouettes really compliment the curves in your body, and her use of corsets.”

With the help of her stylist Jill Jacobs, the gown was modified around the bust and waist area and included a new tulle cathedral-style veil. It looked so good! Ch-ch-check it out:

But Demi’s not the first star to wear this piece!
Her fellow former child star Miley Cyrus also wore the same dress during her surprise wedding to (now ex-husband) Liam Hemsworth in 2018, though she opted for a more casual silk crepe construction.
The following year, Hailey Bieber rocked a different minidress version of the gown for her 2019 rehearsal dinner before her big wedding to Justin Bieber (following their 2018 courthouse nuptials). See (below):
Here’s to hoping this gown doesn’t curse Demi’s romance — ’cause we all know those previous relationships got a little rocky! Just saying!
As seen in the photos above, the 32-year-old Skyscraper singer also wore a “one-of-a-kind” strapless column dress by the same designer at her reception. It included peals falling down from the neckline in a tribute to the “golden age of cinema.” Demi gushed:
“There was so much attention to detail on the reception dress beading. The pearl detail and draping is such a special element, and each strand was draped and attached by hand, one by one. It’s a one-of-a-kind piece that makes me feel so special.”
To say “I do,” her hubby wore a Saint Laurent suit with jewelry by David Yurman and Spinelli Kilcollin. Sounds lovely! Demi made such a beautiful bride! Congrats to the happy newlyweds!
