Diddy Already Violating MORE Prison Rules!

Strike two for Diddy.

On Monday, CBS obtained prison documents relating to ANOTHER issue with the disgraced rapper… but this time it didn’t involve hooch! According to the docs, Diddy, who was transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to the FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on October 30, made a three-way phone call on November 3, which is a direct violation of the Bureau of Prisons rules! According to the Bureau, phone calls of said nature are banned for security reasons — including preventing the coordination of criminal activity.

So what was the call about?? Is Diddy really making THAT bold of a move behind bars?? We did hear early on, before his trial, sources claiming he was directing everything from the inside…

CBS reported Diddy’s initial call was with an unnamed woman, with whom he allegedly discussed weekend visits with loved ones, recommending they bring “200 singles.” However, prison rules restrict visitors from bringing cash as only coins are allowed. Hmm.

According to the outlet, about halfway through their call, Diddy claimed he needed to speak with someone described as “the digital person” regarding blogs. The unnamed woman asked Diddy if she should add said person to the call, and the I’ll Be Missing You rapper responded, “Yes.”

When confronted about the violation, Diddy allegedly claimed he was unaware of the three-way call rule, and told officials he was speaking with his female lawyer and intended to get in contact with his PR agent to work on drafting a statement to the New York Times. He denied discussing blogs, and did not provide a reason for wanting to contact the NYT.

However, TMZ has since reported that Diddy’s three-way call actually with two family members and had nothing to do with issuing a statement to the Times. Wait, so they’re saying he was lying to the court? Or to corrections? That’s not good.

A source also confirmed the report about Diddy indulging in prison hooch made from Fanta, sugar, and apples, calling that story “100 percent true.” Man, he’s just doing whatever he wants, we guess.

In the wake of his phone violation, prison officials reportedly recommended he lose phone privileges and commissary benefits for 90 days, according to CBS.
