Diddy Got A Standing Ovation When He Got Back To Prison! Why Inmates Are On His Side…

If you didn’t think Diddy getting off on the biggest charges could get any worse, just wait until you hear what his lawyer had to say about his return to prison!

As we’ve been following, the disgraced rapper was acquitted of the two most serious charges against him in his New York trial last week: sex trafficking and racketeering. While he WAS found guilty of the prostitution charges, he’ll get much less prison time for those. If any, tbh… The outcome was a major blow to those hoping to see him face justice for his crimes — particularly against ex-girlfriend Cassie. We mean, we all saw the video of just the one time he brutally beat her, and he’ll face zero consequences.

But while some view his legal win as an atrocity, others are literally celebrating. Sigh.

Diddy was denied bail despite the acquittals as he was still considered dangerous. So he has no choice but to remain in prison until sentencing. But while we KNOW that’s the last place he wants to be, he’s reportedly getting propped up by his fellow inmates. Over the weekend, the Bad Boy Records founder’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo revealed to People that inmates at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn rolled out quite the welcome wagon amid his return to prison. According to him, Diddy received a standing ovation:

“They all said, ‘We never get to see anyone who beats the government.’”

Note that they aren’t celebrating an innocent man going free. They’re celebrating a guy getting away with it. Big difference. Weird for an attorney to brag about that, but we guess as a defense lawyer it is kind of his job…

Agnifilo went on to spill more details about Diddy’s overall state of mind right now:

“He’s doing okay. [He] realizes he has flaws like everyone else that he never worked on.”

Flaws?? That’s certainly one thing to call them… The legal eagle added:

“He burns hot in all matters. I think what he has come to see is that he has these flaws and there’s no amount of fame and no amount of fortune that can erase them. You can’t cover them up.”

Well certainly not for lack of trying.

If convicted on his two transportation to engage in prostitution charges, Diddy could face up to 20 years in prison, though that’s the absolute maximum — and seems pretty unlikely at this point.
