Diddy is under investigation yet again.
The disgraced rapper is once again under a microscope as authorities investigate alleged sexual battery claims stemming from 2020. On Tuesday, AP News reported the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is officially looking into troubling allegations, which were first exposed over the summer.

As we reported then, the plaintiff — an anonymous music producer — claims he was asked to attend a 2020 photoshoot at an LA warehouse involving clothing belonging to the Notorious B.I.G. While together, Diddy allegedly exposed himself and began masturbating before instructing the plaintiff to perform a sexual act on him. Diddy then reportedly finished himself off into the t-shirt and proceeded to throw it at the alleged victim.
AP News reported the producer, who filed under pseudonym John Doe, filed the claims in Largo, Florida this September shortly after Diddy’s conviction on unrelated charges. As for why he didn’t come forward with the story sooner, the producer claimed he felt embarrassed.
In response, Diddy’s lawyer Jonathan Davis issued the following statement to ABC News:
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus. Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
