You remember that Diddy victim who vanished right before his trial? We’ve finally got more details on her!
Before witnesses started testifying in the rapper’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial earlier this month, a pivotal witness was nowhere to be found. Lead prosecutor Maurene Comey told US District Judge Arun Subramanian they simply couldn’t find “Victim 3” or her attorney — despite the fact she had been planning to travel to New York and share her “very personal and explosive details” with the court. Her testimony was said to be a huge part of their case against Sean Combs — and yet she was just gone. Eerie.

It raised lots of concerns considering Puff had been accused of potentially trying to “blackmail victims and witnesses either into silence” or to provide “testimony helpful to his defense.” That’s at least what the prosecution feared and why they argued he shouldn’t be let out on bail while waiting for his trial. And now here was a victim totally MIA before the trial was set to begin. Odd!
So, who is Victim 3? Where is she? Did Diddy get to her?
According to DailyMail.com on Thursday, the mystery woman is his ex-girlfriend Virginia “Gina” Huynh (AKA Virginia V). She’s made some really horrific allegations against the music mogul, who she met in 2013 in Las Vegas and started dating the next year (while he was still on and off with Cassie Ventura).
Per the outlet, Gina has accused Diddy of once stomping on her stomach while she was pregnant, leading to a miscarriage. He also allegedly offered her $50,000 to have an abortion and supplied her with a bunch of alcohol because she was “going to get rid of it anyway.” Jeez. She didn’t accept the money because she wanted to prove she loved him regardless of his wealth.
In a 2019 Unwine with Tasha K podcast interview, that went largely unnoticed until his legal issues began years later, Gina opened up about these allegations and their relationship, which was allegedly abusive from the start. Along with saying Diddy “stomped on [her] stomach really hard” once (though she did not make the miscarriage claim in the podcast), she said the 55-year-old would “always compare [her] to Cassie and tell [her] that [she was] the bad one.” She declared:
“He was mentally, emotionally and physically abusing me.”
After being forced to have one abortion, she accused the Bad Boy Records founder of kicking her out of his house so he could go see Cassie. After the second, she said he left her alone days later to go to Burning Man because “he didn’t even care,” while she was feeling “f**ked up in [her] head” about the situation.
Also, early into the relationship, she recalled the musician becoming furious at her for simply shaking Meek Mill‘s hand at his birthday party. She claimed he tried to throw one of her heels at her and “mushed [her] face like really hard and made [her] nose bleed.” She said his team would often look away and ignore the violence. Yeah, you can see why prosecutors really wanted her to testify. The allegations are terrible.
While officials with the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York declined to comments about whether or not she will still testify or if they have found her, it seems unlikely.
DailyMail.com learned she still lives in Sin City and decided to skip testifying to avoid the “circus” that would follow. Trial sources said she just didn’t want to do it anymore. It’s still unclear where she is located at the moment or if she’ll change her mind.
She would have come after Cassie’s testimony, in which the singer claimed she finally broke up with Diddy in 2018 after seeing a photo of him with the model. Cassie said it made her realize his lies, and she couldn’t put up with him anymore. Her time on the stand was obviously very emotional as she relived some extremely painful memories — all just days before welcoming her third child earlier this week.
Speaking out is hard, especially against someone as powerful and high-profile as Diddy. We can only hope Gina wasn’t pressured into staying away from the trial if she did want to share her side of the story. Hear more of her allegations:
