Diddy‘s former personal chef says she doesn’t feel safe after the music mogul was acquitted of the most serious charges in his federal sex crimes case that just wrapped in Manhattan this week.
On Wednesday, Jourdan Atkinson took to Instagram to reveal that she feels unsafe after the rap music superstar was convicted of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted over the much more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking that would have theoretically landed him in prison for a longer period of time.
Atkinson, who served at one point as Diddy’s personal chef, claims she was both a witness to and a victim of the physical abuse he allegedly levied on others. And in turn, she said she now fears for her safety following the split verdict this week that’ll see the Making The Band mogul likely serve far less prison time than had he otherwise been convicted of everything.

In a letter she had previously written to the judge presiding over the case, Arun Subramanian, and which she newly posted for the whole world to see over on Insta, Atkinson noted:
“I’d like to express how terrifying this whole ordeal has been for me personally. This past year and a half has been traumatizing. This verdict is devastating. I fear for my safety upon his release.”
Whoa.
Atkinson was indeed a government witness during the trial, but she actually did NOT take the stand to testify. In the IG videos, she said that she’d been “pulled” from testifying because she “flipped out on the government” prior to the trial. She had previously been subpoenaed by the feds, too, so there was evidently some interest there on the prosecutorial side.
Speaking candidly in the vids, she said:
“I want to be clear, as a victim, as a former employee of Sean Combs, I do not feel safe.”
And she added:
“I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here.”
You can watch her entire ordeal through her series of IG videos and posts about the unsettling subject HERE.
