Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that “dozens” of people were killed and wounded in Sumy after missiles struck the heart of the city just as people were gathering to celebrate Palm Sunday, adding that rescue efforts were ongoing. The city’s acting mayor said more than 20 people were killed in the strike.
