DR Congo: Tshisekedi addresses peace deal with Rwanda on Independence Day

It has been three days since the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda signed an agreement aimed at ending the M23 conflict in eastern Congo. For the first time, President Félix Tshisekedi spoke about the peace deal during a national address given on Independence Day. Emmet Livingstone has more on the issue.
