Ex-CIA chief Petraeus: ‘Real opportunity to help Ukraine and crush Russia’s war economy’

In an exclusive interview with FRANCE 24, former CIA director David Petraeus said Russia’s finances are in a far more dire state than many realise, arguing that there is now “a real opportunity” for the United States and other NATO countries to strengthen Ukraine’s defences and “crush the Russian war economy”.
