This year marks the 39th edition of the annual romantic film festival, held in the French city of Cabourg in Normandy. Set to run until June 15, this year’s edition will spotlight seven feature-length films and 10 short films. It will also shine a spotlight on the French-speaking Canadian province of Quebec, where romantic movies are undergoing an audacious renaissance of sorts.
