France’s former president Nicolas Sarkozy will have two police officers stationed in prison with him to ensure his safety while he serves a five-year sentence, France’s interior minister said on Wednesday. Sarkozy will be held in an isolation unit in a Paris prison, meaning he should not be in contact with other inmates.
