French authorities promise to act on Louvre vulnerabilities exposed by heist

Two suspects of the Louvre jewel heist remain in custody but will be either released or charged on October 29. At the same time, the French government is working to determine what went wrong and who is responsible, while France’s Culture Minister is promising a big investment to protect the Louvre.
