The Global Sumud Flotilla, the latest humanitarian mission to try to breach Israel’s maritime blockade of Gaza, drew around 500 participants, including Greta Thunberg, from nearly 50 countries. Israeli forces began intercepted the mission in international waters on Wednesday evening.
