Halsey visited Washington DC this week as part of the Back To Badlands tour. The concert was going fine… until one fan decided to completely cross a line and do the unthinkable. While performing Is This Somewhere, the singer was standing near the edge of the stage, within arm’s reach of the enrapt fans…
But unfortunately one fan actually did reach out — and grabbed the singer’s butt!

In a now-viral video the person can be seen slipping their hand under Halsey’s leather skirt! WTF! The worst part is they kept doing it until another person (possibly security?) reached up and swatted them away! See for yourself (below):

SO nasty! Your favorite pop stars are not playthings, they are people! This is just as much assault as it would be on some random person in a bar!
