Hong Kong created an oyster reef on a seawall beside an airport. Canada could learn from it

An estimated 85 per cent of the world’s oyster reefs have been lost. And the vast majority of oyster beds in Hong Kong are not recognized as ecologically important, and therefore, not granted protection.
