Hugh Jackman might be diving headfirst into his new romance with Sutton Foster, but his ex Deborra-Lee Furness isn’t ready to move on so quickly!
It took two years after their separation for Deb to finally file for divorce — which has officially been finalized. According to New York’s Suffolk County Supreme Court records viewed by People, a judgment of divorce was filed on June 12 and uploaded to the website on Monday, listing the case as “Disposed.” Deb’s filing had explained the split details were uncontested, so they only needed a judge to sign off on the docs. Now, everything’s all wrapped up! They can finally move on — though that’ll be harder for her than her ex!

Sources told DailyMail.com on Tuesday that the Australian actress is finding it more difficult to get on with her life after her long romance came to a bitter end following the Deadpool & Wolverine star’s ultimate “betrayal” with the Younger alum. While the 69-year-old “has gotten offers to go out” and her friends have tried to set her up, she’s just not in the right headspace to find a new man yet, an insider explained:
“Honestly, she is just not interested in this right now.”
At this time, dating “is just not for her,” the confidant furthered:
“For decades, Deborra-Lee was certain that she had found her life-long companion. [She] never thought in a million years that she would be here, at this stage in her life, single.”
It’s brutal! And she’s certainly been left in a worse position than Hugh. If the cheating allegations are true, it’s no wonder Hugh’s had such an easy time moving on. He’s been secretly waiting for this moment for ages! But for Deb, she’s still processing the damage he caused. That takes time!
When she is ready, she’ll get back out on the market. The source noted that while she’s not “jaded by men, she is taking the time to heal and she has turned down dates from some incredible guys.” They dished:
“She knows what she brings to the table. Once the dust settles on this divorce, she will be open to dating again.”
And we hope she finds a man who will treat her right!
In the meantime, the film producer is using “a Hugh-blocker on her phone” to avoid any media about her ex-husband and his new girlfriend. The keyword blocker has been put in effect “so that she does not have to see any updates on her ex, or see photos of her ex out and about with Sutton,” and it has been “incredibly effective, and it makes her news feed so much easier.” That’s good! She doesn’t need to see those staged PDA pics!!
