A recent European Union report, issued by the EU’s diplomatic service, finds that Israel may be violating its human rights obligations under Article 2 of the EU-Israel Association Agreement. The findings cite Israel’s humanitarian blockade of Gaza, attacks on civilian infrastructure and forced displacement and settler violence in the West Bank.
