It is official…
More than a year after announcing their breakup, Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen finalized their divorce. The former couple announced the news in a joint statement posted to their respective Instagram Stories on Friday. It read:
“Our divorce has now been finalised. We are proud of all we’ve achieved together and, continuing our great respect for each other, we remain friends and committed to coparenting our wonderful children. We ask for the media to continue to respect our children’s privacy.”

The details of their divorce agreement are unknown. But hopefully, with this chapter closed, they can move forward and co-parent their three kids amicably! See their statement (below):
As you know, Isla and Sacha first announced their decision to end their 14-year marriage back in April 2024. This came around when the Borat actor was at the center of controversy. Why? Rebel Wilson accused him of sexual harassment when they filmed the 2016 movie The Brothers Grimsby. The timing of everything is suspicious, of course! However, sources swore the allegations had nothing to do with their divorce filing. Hmm…
Isla previously shared that their breakup was “the most difficult thing I’ve been through” — but insisted they are committed to co-parenting no matter what. And despite reports their divorce was getting nasty due to her comments, Sacha seemingly proved all was well between them. He even reacted to sultry pics of the actress! At the time, source for Page Six also insisted their divorce was going “pretty smoothly.” And it appears that way since they’ve officially finalized the split!
