Israeli army claims Gazans who arrived in S. Africa on mystery plane had been granted entry

Israeli authorities said on Saturday that the 153 Gazans flown to South Africa earlier this week had received entry clearance from a third state before take-off. A spokesperson for the Israeli military branch overseeing the operation told FRANCE 24 that the “third country” was in fact South Africa.
