‘Israel’s war on Gaza is genocide and international laws are not being respected’ says Thomas MacManus who is Senior Lecturer in State Crime and Acting Director of the International State Crime Initiative (ISCI) at the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London. He tells France 24 when the right to defend oneself becomes disproportionate and what the war on Palestinians means for the rest of the world. Dr MacManus is admitted as an Attorney-at-Law (New York State) and Solicitor (Ireland). He is Editor-in-Chief of State Crime journal and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Human Rights.
