Nearly a week after Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica as one of the island’s strongest storms on record, authorities are rushing aid to devastated communities. The storm has killed at least 32 people in Jamaica and more than 60 across the Caribbean, Information Minister Dana Morris Dixon said Monday.
