Jetten confirmed winner in Dutch vote as coalition talks begin

Centrist leader Rob Jetten was officially confirmed on Friday as the winner of the Dutch election, scoring a narrow victory over far-right firebrand Geert Wilders, and paving the way for him to become the country’s youngest prime minister. Jetten now faces the challenge of forging a ruling coalition in a fragmented parliament.
