We don’t know if Kanye West is the unnamed rapper just brought up in the Diddy sex trafficking trial… but it feels like he wants us to think so!
Ye brought his support of the disgraced rap mogul to a new level Friday morning by actually showing up in person to court. According to TMZ, he said hello to people there, including Diddy’s son Christian Combs and attorney Xavier Donaldson.
The courtroom and overflow room were both full already, court officials told the outlet, so special accommodations were made for Ye. He was put in a second overflow room where he could watch the trial on TV. But either he found the actual legal process boring or he was just there to show his face — because after only about 10 minutes he left.
Oh, one more thing… His outfit. Kanye showed up wearing ALL WHITE. As in… the uniform of one of Diddy’s infamous white parties?? Wow.
This isn’t the first time he’s made his support for Diddy know despite the myriad allegations of sexual misconduct, including with minors. Not only did he tweet out “Free Puff” a couple months back, he put Combs on a track on his latest album — side-by-side with daughter North West no less!
But to show up in court? And this day of all days? It almost feels like sending a message to roll up the day after an unnamed famous rapper was the subject of shocking testimony.

Diddy’s most recent ex — going by Jane Doe for the proceedings — continued her testimony on Thursday. This time she recalled a party at a hotel in Las Vegas in January 2024. She said this famous rapper and his significant other were enjoying the show — two performers having sex in front of everyone. The male was an escort she and Diddy had used for their “hotel nights” — basically freak offs by another name. Jane also claimed the rapper and his girl had approached her about finding “anybody else in the lifestyle” — so she contacted a male “entertainer” she knew for them.
Later, Diddy found a message sent to Jane from that male performer, asking about their “mutual friend.” Diddy understood this to mean Jane and the escort were both in attendance at the rapper’s own similar event. Because he demanded of her:
“How could you go to another man’s ‘Freak Off’?”
This testimony is huge. It implies Diddy was aware his friend, this unnamed rapper, was engaging in similar behavior. Which, considering Diddy is facing trial, could be very problematic for them.
Innerestingly it was the prosecution who fought to keep the identity of the rapper secret. The defense wanted to name him, but the US Attorney argued his ID being made public could be a way to “harass and intimidate” Jane.
Wait… did they think this famous rapper’s fans would go after her? Was that the issue? We’ve certainly heard of Kanye’s fans attacking his enemies. All he had to do was tweet about Pete Davidson, and it was enough to get the guy bullied so bad he and Kim Kardashian had to break up.
Again, we don’t know that this rapper is Ye. But if Diddy’s team wasn’t allowed to NAME the rapper out loud, bringing him to court the next day for all to see — a good 10 minutes, say — would be a legal loophole, wouldn’t it?

And it’s not like a guy who makes his wife walk around naked is an unlikely enjoyer of live sex shows. Huh.
We may not have any evidence Kanye is the unnamed rapper… but it does feel like he wants us to think so showing up like this. Don’t you think??
