Kazakhstan joins Abraham Accords after White House summit

The Abraham Accords was a hallmark achievement for US President Donald Trump’s first term. The diplomatic agreements established normalisation between Israel and several countries including the UAE and Bahrain –the first Arab States to do so since Jordan in 1994. On November 6, Trump announced that Kazakhstan, the Former Soviet Republic will be joining them following a summit held at the White House between the US and several Central Asian countries.
