Khloé Kardashian survived the pain of Tristan Thompson‘s final betrayal, but just barely — and it was all thanks to her little sister!
Kylie Jenner appeared on the Season 3 premiere of the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, where the siblings opened up about being pregnant at the same time. Back in 2017, Kylie was expecting her daughter, Stormi, with then-boyfriend Travis Scott, while Khloé was having her daughter, True. The latter’s pregnancy was three months behind the Khy founder. And looking back on that time, Kylie said it was unexpected how things turned out, but they “embraced” every second of it:
“I don’t think we ever expected to be pregnant together at the same time. In a million years. Going from you helping me count my birthday on my fingers to being pregnant together. So I think that we embraced it. Yeah, we did.”
However, they weren’t the only ones with a new addition to their families. Kim Kardashian was also expecting her third child, Chicago, with Kanye West via a surrogate. The SKIMS creator, as Khlo said, was “first.”

However, Kylie pointed out that she and the Good American founder “really took her shine away really fast” with their pregnancies — which apparently sparked a bit of jealousy for Kimberly. Ha! Khloé continued:
“We did. And I remember how jealous she was that you and I were pregnant together. Cause then she was like, ‘Why did I do that? Why wasn’t I just pregnant with you?’ Cause then it just would’ve been like, ‘What an experience.’”
It didn’t just happen once, though! Kylie later welcomed her son Aire in February 2022 — just six months before Khloé had son Tatum via a surrogate! The 28-year-old added:
“And having our sons together is the best thing ever.”
Unfortunately, as we all know, Khlo did not have the best pregnancy experience EITHER time. Not because of the babies but due to her baby daddy! He not only cheated on her when she was nine months pregnant with True, but also while they were expecting Tatum! That second time was with a woman named Maralee Nichols — whom he ALSO impregnated when they were getting ready to have their son. An absolute mess!
As you can imagine, that kind of betrayal was devastating for Khloé! However, she got through the heartbreak with the help of Kylie. She recalled:
“And Kylie is really one of the main reasons why I felt so safe and comfortable having Tatum. Because Kylie was like, ‘Come on! Aire is six months older than Tatum.’ And when I was like crying and like, ‘Why is this happening? I can’t believe it’s happening a second time!’ You were like, ‘But God makes no mistakes, and this was supposed to happen. And now our sons get to grow up together. And we [have] Stormi and True, and now we have Tatum and Aire.’ And you were so right!”
To which Kylie responded:
“Well, who could’ve planned it better? God! That’s it.”
The Kylie Cosmetics founder is really grateful they had Tatum and Aire together because they’re so close now:
“They’re so cute. And we have to keep them nice and sensitive, because when they’re together, they like, I just sent Khloé a video like two days ago. They went to Disneyland and they were like in the cart holding hands like this. They were like this around Disneyland, looking.”
Aww!! Khloé just loves how much “they love each other.” And they both hope the cousins continue to be thick as thieves as they grow up! Jenner said:
“I want them to be like sensitive and close.”
Khloé reassured her sister, saying:
“They will. And they love each other.”
Hopefully, Aire and Tatum maintain their bond! It’s so sweet!
