Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are no longer going through with their divorce — and as it turns out, this has been the case for MONTHS!!! Wha???
So, on Thursday a jaw-dropping report came out in The US Sun that revealed the reality vets are no longer moving forward with their divorce. And not only that, but they dropped the legal move way back in February!
That’s right: according to that report, court records indicate the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the ex-Atlanta Falcon jointly filed to dismiss their divorce in its entirety (!!!) back on February 21. Holy smokes! So it’s been a while. A long while. And everybody is only just finding out about this now!

This is a LONG time in coming. As we’ve been reporting for literally two years now, Kroy first filed for (this) divorce from Kim way back in August of 2023. And that followed a first divorce filing, made by Kim in May of that year, only to be quickly rescinded two months later.
But now, the whole divorce is kaput. Totally done. Over. Per the court records, the breakup case is completely closed. So, if they actually do decide to split up, they’ll have to totally refile and start over again from the beginning.
To this day, we don’t know what led to their apparent reconciliation. Your guess is as good as ours. Big shrug over here!
But here’s an unsettling note about the timeline… Just three days before the divorce was dismissed, back on February 18, Kim claimed in court papers that she felt like Kroy had an undiagnosed mental condition that left him prone to “angry and emotional outbursts, which include profanity-laden tirades,” as well as “bouts of physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity.”
Jeez…
At the time, she put in a request with the court to have an emergency psychological and medical evaluation done on the football hero, because as she put it in the court papers, she was worried about his “mental health, and whether [Kroy] is suffering under the ill effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).”
CTE, of course, is a neurodegenerative disease linked to repeated trauma to the head. It’s been a hot-button issue for years now as it relates to NFL stars who spent years slamming into other dudes on the field. AKA, Kroy’s career of choice.
Kim’s February 18 filing went on to claim even more, too:
“[Kroy’s] inability to refrain from disparaging [Kim] in front of and to the children, as well as his explosive temper, raises concerns that Father is suffering from an undiagnosed mental health disorder which may require follow-up or treatment. Left untreated, Mother is gravely concerned about the Children’s best interests when left in the care of Father.”
Damn…
Obviously, that sounds incredibly serious. So serious, in fact, that it makes us wonder: what would compel Kim to file that request only to then kill off the entire divorce THREE DAYS LATER?! We’re confused AF.
Oh, and we are doubly confused because back in March, Kim straight-up said she was dating somebody new! And that he wasn’t an athlete! Sooooo WTF is going on?! Are they broken up but gave up the legal aspect for financial reasons? Or was it a smokescreen, and they’re giving it another shot??
Regardless, these two are going through a ton of other problems right now, so perhaps going through with what would be a costly divorce is the last thing on their minds.
