Laura Clery claims she was the victim of domestic abuse by her ex Stephen Hilton. And he was arrested for it!!
If you haven’t been following, the popular YouTube star and comedian — who was behind the viral Pamela Pumpkin videos — accused her ex earlier this week of hacking into her social media accounts and deleting her Facebook page and most of her YouTube content, or as she put it, over a decade of her work and her main source of income to provide for their two young children.

The composer, who has struggled with addiction issues (which in part led to their divorce in 2023), has denied playing any part in the hacking. However, since-deleted photos he shared of Facebook posts allegedly written by Laura the night she was hacked suggest he allegedly was the mastermind! See (below):
Oof. Just so messy. And sadly, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
On Wednesday, Laura took to her TikTok to share that she has been subjected to “post separation abuse” — revealing that she’s tried everything to peacefully co-parent with Stephen despite even his alleged domestic abuse! She shared:
“I wonder if any other women or men have been through this. You know, they say, like, when you separate from someone who’s not mentally well or a narcissist or whatever you wanna call them, I don’t wanna even label that, that that’s when the abuse really escalates, and I’m seeing that. We separated and I tried, I tried for years. You guys saw me try, you saw me try, you saw me try to peacefully co-parent, you know?”
Referencing the abuse, she continued:
“Even after he was arrested for domestic abuse. He was arrested for domestic assault, spent the night in jail. I still forgave. I forgave him because he begged me that he would do better. He begged me that he would change. He begged me that he would be a healthy father and co-parent and do whatever he had to do, and no, the abuse just continued.”
While she did not share any more details about the alleged assault, according to court records, the English music producer was arrested in Los Angeles on December 18, 2022, for “Battery On Spouse / Cohabitant / Former Spouse.” His bail was set at $20,000.
In the caption, Laura also hit back at anyone telling her to keep quiet about this, pointing out:
“To those telling me to keep this off social media.. Staying silent protects the abuser.. not the victim. Abusers count on our silence to continue their control and manipulation behind closed doors. Speaking out shines a light on the abuse, helps keep me and others safe and breaks the cycle for anyone else going through it. Sharing my story isn’t about drama… It’s about survival, truth and reclaiming my voice after being violated, silenced and publicly smeared.”
Speaking out takes a lot of bravery and strength. We commend her for being open about this alleged violence. That is not easy!
And as she pointed out, the Idiot podcast host has navigated a lot of this in quiet with the help of the law — and even that hasn’t kept her fully protected. She noted:
“I have a restraining order yet he continues to harass me and has even deleted my platform and work. Silence would be complicity. This is post separation abuse and it’s real.”
After her hacking, Laura contacted local police as she believed it was a violation of her restraining order (if Stephen is the one who really did this). It is unclear if there has been any follow-up. See her full post:

While Stephen has yet to directly address the domestic violence allegations, he did write on his Instagram Story on Wednesday:
“Super Karen Professional waster of police time !”
And:
“Professional maker of false allegations when the googletrend [sic] or social blade goes down”
He’s also claimed he is happier than he’s EVER been despite this ongoing drama. Seriously?! Jeez. Listen (below):
Whoa. Such a complicated situation. We hope the alleged abuse, violence, and harassment will come to an end ASAP!
