The “Old Town Road” rapper is facing serious criminal charges that could see him serve years in prison if convicted. He was hospitalized on the morning of Aug. 21 for a potential drug overdose in Los Angeles, after allegedly charging at police officers. He has pleaded not guilty. In a video captured by TMZ on Monday, Lil Nas X’s father stated, “He’s in good spirits. He’s alright. He’s very remorseful for what happened.” The artist has posted himself to socials.
