Live: Direct Russia-Ukraine talks to begin in Istanbul without Putin or Zelensky

Neither Russian President Vladimir Putin nor Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will take part in the first direct peace talks since 2022 in Istanbul on Thursday.
