A high-rise building still under construction in Bangkok collapsed after a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake rocked Thailand and Myanmar on Friday. Thailand’s prime minister declared a state of emergency in the city, where at least 43 workers are trapped under the rubble. The number of casualties is not yet known.
