Louvre museum reopens for first time following jewel heist

The Louvre Museum has reopened for the first time since the jewel heist on October 19, 2025, as the investigation continues. According to the museum curator, the loss is estimated to 88 million euros, although this doesn’t take into account the historical value of the stolen jewels.
