Macron and Zelensky sign letter of intent for Ukraine to buy Rafale fighter jets

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron signed a letter of intent on Monday for Kyiv to acquire up to 100 Rafale warplanes and new air-defence systems to strengthen its long-term war effort.
