Macron to host Palestinian Authority chief Abbas to discuss Gaza ceasefire

French President Emmanuel Macron will meet with Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud Abbas in Paris on Tuesday to discuss the “full implementation” of the US-brokered Gaza ceasefire agreement. The Palestinian Authority is reportedly being considered to play some role in the enclave’s future governance.
