A new poll found that nearly 70% of Ukrainians support a negotiated peace agreement — up from just over 20% at the start of the war. But Ukraine’s government says that ceding territory to Russia would be unconstitutional, and many Ukrainians say it’s not a price they’re willing to pay, even if it ends the war.
