Massive Russian attack damages Ukraine’s energy network, killing one

A large-scale Russian attack damaged Ukraine’s energy infrastructure prompting emergency power outages, Ukrainian authorities said on Saturday, as the emergency services said a Russian drone strike on a nine-storey building in Dnipro killed one woman and wounded six people.
