We’re sure you remember the explosive premiere of the singer’s music video back in 2023. We mean, that song became a healing anthem for so many of us! Miley finally said goodbye to her ex Liam Hemsworth and focused on herself — it was a good day for the Smilers.

That gold dress caused quite a stir, though! After the MV hit everyone’s screens, fans were convinced her attire was a diss at J.Law! You see, Jennifer wore a gold dress to the world premiere for The Hunger Games in 2012 — back when she was caught up in some cheating rumors with Liam. Although the actress has denied these claims for years, people thought this was Miley being petty. It wouldn’t be the first time a musician did something like that!
But what does the Wrecking Ball songstress have to say for herself? Last week, according to a fan video that’s been newly circulating online, Miley only had one thing to say when asked if the dress rumors were true while signing autographs outside of Jimmy Kimmel Live:
“No, but I love that dress of hers.”
Well, there you have it!
