Questions have been answered in the mysterious death of P2istheName.
Tragedy struck the YouTube community on March 14 when the vlogger, whose real name is Phillip Enewally, was found unresponsive in the mailroom of his Los Angeles residence. Not much information was available at the time, but a family member later confirmed he died at just 26 years old.
Fast forward three months, and we finally have answers.

On Tuesday, the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner revealed in a report that the late YouTuber died of “sudden cardiac dysfunction due to solitary papillary muscle hypertrophy” — “a subtype of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), which is a risk factor for a sudden fatal cardiac event.” According to the Cleveland Clinic, HCM is often genetic.
The ME added Enewally was pronounced dead at 3:11 p.m. local time on March 14 and determined his manner of death to be natural.
The late content creator boasted over 3.87 million subscribers on YouTube and often posted gameplay walkthroughs, pranks, vlogs, and more. You can watch his final video (below):
