Simone Biles got a whole makeover — not just a boob job!
The Olympian revealed last month in an Instagram Stories post that she’d gotten her breasts done. She shared the news after fan speculation, by teasing in her post that she was doing her first gymnastics flips with her new gals. But that’s not all she got done, apparently!
On TikTok, the 28-year-old said in a “things you don’t know about me” style video:
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries. And two of them you would never be able to tell. Guess!”
Whoa! TWO?? In the caption, she teased her followers once again:

Fans theorizes many different things in the comments, but Simone finally quieted down the chatter by revealing she’d gotten a lower blepharoplasty done — and also an earlobe surgery?! Huh??
OK, the under-eye bags would have been difficult to pick up on. You never know what’s makeup, whether someone is just getting better sleep… But that at least you’d probably notice a change. The earlobe?? She explained:
“Lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”
Her earring got RIPPED OUT?? Ouch! We wonder what the story is on that one. Hopefully it wasn’t a gymnastics-related injury. Sounds super painful!
