One year on, what is the legacy of the Paris games?

Paris is commemorating one year since it hosted the Olympic and Paralymic Games. Legacy is one of the reasons countries give when they bid for the games. But it is always difficult to distinguish what is real legacy and what is just window-dressing. How is Paris doing so far?
