Sudanese paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) killed at least 15 civilians in a shelling on a displaced persons’ camp in Darfur on Thursday, as famine spreads throughout the country. The same day, Sudan told the International Court of Justice that the United Arab Emirates is the “driving force” behind a “genocide” in the north-east African country.
