Philippines volcano threatens to erupt after causing devastation earlier in the week

More than 30,000 people are on the move in the Philippines on Tuesday morning as the threat of a new volcanic eruption grows after the Taal volcano erupted Sunday and is now spewing ash up to nine miles into the air. Ramy Inocencio reports on the situation from south of Manila.
