US President Donald Trump signed an executive Friday giving video-sharing app TikTok 75 more days to find a non-Chinese buyer, extending the deadline for a potential ban in the US for the second time since coming to office. The app owned by Chinese company ByteDance has more than 170 million American users. Associate professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, Jonathon Penney, explains.
