REPLAY – Zelensky and Merz meet in Berlin for US/EU virtual summit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday called for a meeting between the leaders of the US, Russia and Ukraine following a video conference with US President Donald Trump ahead of Trump’s meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Alaska later this week. French President Emmanuel Macron said Trump was “very clear” that the US would push for a ceasefire at the summit.
