Russia and Belarus on Tuesday wrapped up five days of military drills that mobilised thousands of troops and nuclear-capable bombers, a week after a Russian drone incursion into Polish airspace ratcheted up tensions with NATO and stoked fears of a spillover in the Ukraine war.
