Russian strikes on Ukraine’s second-largest city early on Saturday killed three people and injured at least 17 others in what the mayor of Kharkiv described as the biggest drone attack since the start of the war. Two more people were killed when a Russian missile struck a high-rise building in the southern city of Kherson, regional authorities said.
