Russia said on Wednesday it had prepared a draft of a peace “memorandum” detailing the Kremlin’s terms for ending the war in Ukraine, which it will present to Kyiv at a new round of direct talks in Istanbul on June 2. Despite a new round of talks, Russia’s proposals for peace in Ukraine have remained largely unchanged since the start of the war says FRANCE 24 correspondent Emmanuelle Chaze.
