As we’ve been following, Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s daughter is dead set on removing her breast implants. If you haven’t been keeping up, Sami says she’s been struggling with “breast implant illness” ever since getting them in 2023… And while it may mean the end of her lucrative OnlyFans career, it’s a sacrifice she’s willing to make for the benefit of her health.
But you know what she may NOT be willing to sacrifice? Her Halloween costume. Yes, you read that right.

In a recent TikTok upload, the 21-year-old debated whether or not she should wait until after the spooky holiday to undergo the removal process because of the costume she wants to do. Turns out… she’s always wanted to dress up as Pamela Anderson. We’re not kidding! She dished:
“I’m all for putting your health first but maybe I should wait until after Halloween to get my knockers removed because I’ve always wanted to dress up as Pamela Anderson. And now I finally have the blond hair and big tits combo and I’ve never been able to dress up like her before.”
OMG! Is that not truly the most bonkers reasoning you’ve ever heard?? Sami fully acknowledges the fact, too, admitting it’s “actually insane” — but she’s still considering it!
“So is it actually insane to wait and get them removed just so I can be her for Halloween? I don’t know, you guys. I don’t want to get rid of them.”

Absolutely wild! Health is wealth, girl! But we’re sure she woulddddd make a great Pammy. Maybe do a photoshoot in the costume NOW and just post it in October? Because the situation sounds serious with the breast implant illness.
Sami previously revealed an onslaught of symptoms she’s seemingly developed as a result of having the silicone implants, including chronic fatigue, hair loss, acne, temperature sensitivity, allergies, headaches, memory loss, brain fog, anxiety, and more.
