“The year was 2015, I had bangs and thought I was a rockstar,” she continued. “What a time!! Thank you for those who have sang to every song with me and for making that chapter of my life so memorable!! LOVE YOU.”

In one of the throwback photos, Gomez sits on a kitchen island underneath balloon letters spelling out “Revival.” Other snaps show the artist performing on stage and posing with fans while on her Revival Tour in 2016.

In honor of the project’s anniversary, Gomez also shared a link on her Instagram Story to an anniversary line of Revival merch on her website.

Released on Oct. 9, 2015, Revival marked the Wizards of Waverly Place alum’s second solo studio album. It debuted atop the Billboard 200 and spawned some of Gomez’s biggest hits to date, including Billboard Hot 100 top 10 smashes “Hands to Myself” and “Same Old Love.”

Gomez has definitely come a long way since then. Her discography has expanded to include 2020’s Rare and 2025’s joint I Said I Love You First album with now-husband Benny Blanco, whom she married in a California ceremony in late September.

The star has also upped her game in endeavors outside of music, founding Rare Beauty in 2019 and becoming a billionaire five years later thanks to the empire. As for acting and producing, Gomez has won Emmys for Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building and earned a Golden Globe nomination for her performance in 2024’s Emilia Pérez.
