Okay, so this little news nugget kicked off back on Saturday while her beloved fiancé Benny Blanco was busy performing at the Kids’ Choice Awards. Selly G wasn’t in attendance for the show, so she hopped onto her Instagram Stories to lament her absence. And in the process, she shocked the world with one of the most incredible bob-n-bangs combos we’ve seen!

In a follow-up Stories post, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum debunked fan speculation that she’d chopped off all her hair with this five-word reveal:
“It was a wiggly wig.”
And then as if that weren’t enough, early on Monday morning, she double confirmed the wig’s existence by dropping a post on her main IG feed. While sharing another stunning bangs-filled selfie, she delivered this unmistakable caption:
“I would, but I’d regret it, then get it redone so I simply won’t #bangs.”
#Bangs!
