As football fans know, watching NFL games when you’re a fan of a non-local team is the most unnecessarily complicated pastime. As a Ravens fan living in Tennessee, I wholeheartedly relate. The only legitimate and legal way to watch every live out-of-market regular season Sunday broadcast is via NFL Sunday Ticket. And it is outrageously expensive.

Fortunately, if you’ve gone this long without subscribing, you’ve been rewarded with a pretty solid Black Friday deal. As of Nov. 18, new users can get NFL Sunday Ticket on sale for just $48 (billed as four payments of $12) for the rest of the season. Typically, the full season costs — gulp — over $300 or $85 per month. However, it was recently discounted to $150 since we’re over halfway through the season. That means the latest price drop saves you about 68% or $102.

There are seven weeks left in the regular season. That translates to less than $7 per week of football. Realistically, that’s cheaper than going to a local bar (and paying for food and drinks) to watch it, so we think it’s worth forking over the cash.

NFL Sunday Ticket is the league’s own premium sports package. It broadcasts NFL regular season games that are unavailable on your local channels — specifically Sunday afternoon games on Fox and CBS. You can get it as an individual channel on YouTube or as an add-on to YouTube TV. Both options are available for new users at the $48 discount price through Dec. 1.
